Pecan Cookie Treat

• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup butter
• 1 egg
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp vanilla
• pinch of salt

Drop from spoon & place a pecan in the center.

Bake in moderate oven 350. 11 min - check
