Tips...

Well now this is interesting... Jeff and I always have egg debates! He thinks that you have to eat them that week or they are to be thrown out...I disagree obviously....even when he checks the date and they are well within their expiration time...
So this tip is more for my hubby then anyone!!!

YIKES!!!

HAHAHA this cracked me up! Just wait to see the little gems that I share with you!
We never ate this!
It sure sounds funny though.
Gram clipped it out of a newspaper, no date on the paper though! ENJOY!?!

1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup butter softened
3/4 cups sugar
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

Gradually add flour mixture, mix well. Stir in choc chips. Drop (tsp size) onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 - 11 minutes. Make about 5 dozen 2 1/2 inch cookies.
PAN COOKIE VARIATION: Prepare cookie dough as directed. Spread into greased 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Cool then cut into 2 inch squares.
We all loved these cookies!
Just about every X-Mas each one of us would get our own cookie tin of them!
Then she would say:
"save the tin, bring it back for next year!"
